Most snail, slug and earthworm species are all hermaphrodites. The vast majority of flowers are too, either within the flower of having male and female flowers on the same plant, with exceptions like the pea plant.

I said they PROBABLY already exist, in some form or another. I mean, I know for a fact that insanity inducing powers exist, and explosion inducing powers. I know some are original though, too.

I have an interesting power in mind:
Name: Mod Maker
The ability to: make real life mods.
Description: With this power, you can make video-game style mods at will. These may be basic powers, things which affect powers or otherwise. Luckily, these cannot be negated with power negation, since they are not powers (even the basic powers). Once created, they can be given to anyone else, who can also pass it on unless otherwise specified. Unfortunately, these may take days to make some mods, maybe several months.
Pros:
-Replicate simple powers you do not have, such as flight, super strength, eternal youth, etc.
-Cause millions of different effects, such as power protection, power enhancements, etc.
-Can give others a mod.
Cons:
-Takes time to make some mods.
-Once given to someone, that person can replicate the mod and give it to someone else.
-Cannot do anything; you must increase, block, decrease or otherwise affect an existing function.

What do you think? Is it too powerful?
