Well, just think...

for Precognitive, you could implant compulsions in their future thoughts AND predict their movements/actions (if their mind is immune to mental penetration, it's only in the present, not the future)

for Postcognitive, it could be any length of time in the past, depending on the user's individual strength; plus, if you change their thoughts in the past, that could still be used to induce compulsions, and alter thoughts otherwise

for Empathic, I think I may change it. Maybe you'd only be able to read the thoughts of people with whom you have an empathic connection...

for example:  Because he's my enemy, I can read his thoughts, to prevent him from bringing harm to me; because she's my friend, I can read her thoughts to stay in contact with her; but neutrals cannot have their minds read

Power Armor Punchthrough: When you combine this power with another, your powers will automatically bypass any defenses provided by the attached power. For instance:
-This + Atomicity: Your powers can now divide someone with this power, unless they have a secondary defense.
-This + Author's Immunity: Successfully attack someone with a power they created.
-This + Acquired Total Immunity: Attack someone with a power they have.

Would help so much in the battle arena. The limitations would be:
-It cannot be a power acquired through the use of another power.
-Only one attached power at a time.
-If the attached power is stolen/negated/etc, this is too.

Maybe allow Dryad to add to the Enhancement series?

Have you ever heard the story that if a cat walks on a bridge some way it will cause the bridge to collapse due to its frequency matching the frequency of the bridge?

Well something like that?

Basically the thing you touch will vibrate out of control until it collapses or someone finds a way to stop the vibrations.

And yes...flutter is the term for it.

If you want a cooler name how about Harmonic Destroyer or something like that
