Cheats?.....naw man. You can get a legitimate flying Pikachu. It's a little shout out to the balloon Pikachu from Pokemon Yellow. Same thing with the Surfing pikachu as well.

 Well, not everybody knows that. I got the games WAY later, so nobody ever told me, and I never came across them myself. I never even had a flying or surfing Pikachu in the games.
