 Last I checked, 4Kids just produced shows, I don't think they have control over the actual illustration and animation...
And anyhow, what so wrong with the size difference? What, Dragonite can't grow in size? Maybe that second one is just a beginning Dragonite, while the other one is level 100 or something...

Well, the names could be better, and perhaps some of their looks tweaked a bit, but this is an utterly awesome idea.
