Sort of...Kethencia is in the desert, but it is more than just an oasis. It's my kingdom built from amber and sand and populated by sentient clockwork beings of my own design. A supernatural computer named K.A.R.M.A. (Kethencian Augmentation Regulating Master Automaton) is integrated into every part of the city and pretty much keeps everything running.

Shadowulf has temporarily combined Kethencia and Celadon so that the inhabitants of both may participate in an enormous party.
