Core System:

Anyone on the planet Aeon can develope a Core, which acts like a second soul that strengthens the person. The Core gives a person the ability to manipulate Philotes (The particle, not me). Philotes are the particles that record the information of the universe. When Philotes join together they build up information until they become atoms and so on until they become any object. One Philote acts for each system, One for a specific cell, tissue, or organ that all connect to one specific one for the body. Those with Cores gain the ability to start manipulating the data that makes up the Philotes so that they can cause an effect to happen. Each core is specialized, so even if they develop to the point where they can manipulate reality they can only use their specialization. Cores start off relatively weak but the more the power is used the larger the Philote count the core can manipulate before it has to regenerate. Cores can develop powers called Overdrives in which Philotes are manipulated in a specific preset way so that the user can release a power stronger than they normally could. Overdrives develop mostly in response to an extreme danger, or from strong emotion. Overdrives are hard to activate at first but once a Overdrive is learned it can be trained to the point where it can be used at will.

Well, Darkess Faye is a witch in every sense of the word. She's only really sympathetic to those involved in or interested in the supernatural (which is why I am not currently a lamp in her house). And vampires and werewolves catch her eye, sometimes, too.

Otherwise, not the nicest to be around...humans bore her, she frightens other witches and transcendental mystical beings can't stand her.

They are supposed to be the smallest particle/item that can exist. They are no longer physical and are made up of data. They bind together and record things like the Gravity on an item and its position in time. Stronger Philotes control systems of Philotes, Like the Philote of a heart that controls the heart and all the Philotes that make up things like the cells of the heart. Cores and Souls are supposed to be special versions of Philotes. Cores have a stronger ability to manipulate Philotes outside of their system and Souls are gifted with intelligence.

How powerful is she? Roughly?

Because among the Fae, magical potency is measured by titles of nobility.

The lowest possible title, Knight, is roughly equal to the magical skill and power of a fairly accomplished mage.

In descending order of power we have..

Queen/King
Prince/Princess
Duke/Duchess
Marquess/Marchioness
Count/Countess
Baron/Baroness
Knight

And sense the difference between levels of power is exponential.. A Baron is twice as powerful as a Knight, and a Count is twice as powerful as a Baron..

SO, could you perhaps postulate that philotes are the subatomic particle associated with the mind, the soul, magic and psionic energy? Sounds like it.

They supposedly make up everything, and can affect things that otherwise have no substance...

Also all people with Cores can develop basic abilities such as space and time manipulation, healing, telepathy, dimensional travel, etc. But If those are not the specialization for the specific Core than they don't affect much besides providing assistance.

Well, typically only the most powerful mages can make up their own spells with any efficiency. Such mages haven't existed since the beginnings of Celadon.

She can make up her own magic on the spot, and seems to have a propensity for rhyming like nobody's business. She quickly picked up on the spell-casting languages (Celadonian, Greek, Latin and a little Infernal) and uses them with prodigious proficiency. It was prophesied she'd become the most power with known, seeing as how she's only in her 20's, with a spell proficiency of one 10 times her age.

I've added a planet of my own, within it's own galaxy (created in the previous thread). It is:
-A gas world with a breathable atmosphere (78% N2, 21% O2 and 1% other gases).
-Has earthlike gravity.
-About the size of our sun.
-There is no solid or even liquid matter within the atmosphere, except for "planetoids" which are composed entirely (or mostly) out of one substance.
-If you fall from one of these and assuming you don't hit a planet (you probably will though), you will be simultaneously crushed and incinerated at the core of the atmosphere.
-Everything is in block form and has similar physics to Minecraft.

To get an idea of what it looks like, check out these videos. I decided to make a minecraft planetoids world. I will also make others with similar conditions.

Until then, the civilization born onto that world now fights for blocks and must save itself from monsters. Lets see if human beings are capable of peace.

Well, since everybody wants a freaking STAR sized planet, nobody can ever complain about my little world of superhumans and freaks again, kay? Kay.

I do believe I have only the third largest planet of mine, Phi's and the one Myself just described.

Yeah, I started playing after Greenday. Glad I can just get a mod for it, the planetoids should be a good basis for my intended islands.

WELL with certain mods there ARE people of sorts, and animals/monsters. Though mostly it's a survival/building/exploration game.

Ugh. Anyways, it's a nice thought, but I think I'll pass. Maybe later, but right now, I'll just stick with narrating my fantasy world on good old fashioned paper.

Although if you got it and too many items as well as a world planner mod you could create a huge model of the Celadonian islands.
