Well the Native american ones just seem to be slightly more powerful given to them being able to move entire mountains change the weather blot out the sun, etc on a wim.

Close but not entirely.

They still have the full extent of their powers, and their sheer numbers, while I have powers bestwed upon me that canbe taken away at any second, should I happen to step out of line (by say, harming a good or neutral-aligned being, or ignoring my duties as Penultimate)

Yeah, with minds like ours, it's bound to happen. Basically I have an entire history I've designed and played out as a series in my mind. The equivalent of Marvel's comic book progression over the years. There's been redo's, retcons, charascter development, fan service, etc etc. ad infinitum. Celadon has its own mythos, all in my mind.

It's quite fascinating really, I'm gonna make it all into a book series in the future, Lord willing...
