Time seems to move slower the faster you move.

At the speed of light, everything would seem to stop.

So, if I move faster than the speed of light, then time would appear to move backwards.

So, by the time you realize you want my help or something my future-self would have already gotten the message and started to accelerate until time moved backwards, then just get to you at the right place and time.
