Lyna: "The temple is used to worship the blessed darkness pantheon, is also used as a gathering area for village events, and it is also used for sanctuary for the hunted."

"Should I bring an ox?"

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Lyna: "What's an 'ox' and what's it do?"

[Zaleramancer]

"It's a big.. hoofy.. thing. " My form ripples and changes to an Ox. "I wasn't sure what'd they do with it, but it's a gift."

"I have a policy of politeness towards any priesthood, since that episode with the voodoo priestess turning me into a gecko. Then a zombie gecko. " I explain as I stand on two feet, then pull a pair of glasses on to give my bipedal oxen form a bit more gravitas.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Lyna: "Big... hoofy thing?"

She tilts her head to the side.

Lyna: "Ah, no we don't have any of those. We have no need for sacrifices either. Any other questions?"

[Zaleramancer]

"Will I be turned into a gecko?" I ask with hooves crossed.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Lyna: "Um, no. We don't know how to do anything like that... Any other questions?"

"Yeah, where can I get a drink?"

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Lyna: "There'll be water at the temple. Next question?"

"Are there any rules in your town I have a bad habit of breaking them when I don't know they existed."

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Lyna: "There are a few rules. 1. No eating in the temples. 2. Those who can generate and control light are not allowed to within the temple. 3. No killing anyone within the city and 100 metres around it. 4. No trying to worship pantheons other than the Darkness Pantheon within the temple. 5. Always be respectful of your elders. Do you understand all of that?"

[Zaleramancer]

"Er.. Then I guess we're all stuck outside."

[The Junkyard Cat]

"Which rule are we breaking?"

[Zaleramancer]

"The Second One."

[The Junkyard Cat]

"Just to clarify as long as we don't make any light we can go in the temple because if the rule was any one that is capable of making light then no one could go in cause anyone can make a fire."

Lyna: "Yes, that is correct. Also, breaking any of these rules means instantaneous punishment."

[The Junkyard Cat]

"Punishments?? ..... What are the punishments?"

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Lyna: "If you break the first, second, and/or fourth rule, then you become a slave of the gods as in you can't fight back against them in any way and you lose your individual personality. Breaking the third or fifth rule means that you are ripped apart by the forces of the world itself and are added into the ecosystem with no hope for revival or rebirth. Understand?"
