(O Fortuna begins to play in the background)
I whirl around at Techne.
"WOULD YOU TURN THAT MESS OFF???"
I turn my attentions back to this here wave of impending quantum-physical death and demise. That can't possibly be pleasant.
And so...I reach my hands behind myself. I sit down in a gravity field like a chair. My hands grip that warped gravity, that distorted space-time, and decide I shall make this my command center. The gravitational and space-time flux bends around me in a sphere, and within, I can see the expanse of our playing field. This wave is large. I'd have to put Bunny Hugger on my Christmas list.
But for now...I point to the wave's proportional position on the gaming map. Nothing happens. I gesture at it. STILL nothing. I even punch the screen, and still no effect. At least not on the wave. When I punch the wall of my command sphere, I notice a shift in space-time itself. The entire game field sloshes about momentarily, like a cork bobbing in water.
Oh, snap. I just linked myself into the game field's space-time.
I place my hands on either side of my command sphere, and turn with all my might.
The game universe itself begins to rotate erratically, as thought we're fighting inside a classroom globe. I begin rotating it faster and faster, and the very sky shifts like the inside of a blender.
THIS is gonna be fun.
