Normally Anomaly cores fuction of of a wish basis whcih devolopes a program for reality alteration, from theri you can input several differnt functions into one and even use it to block other reality bending by erasing the acts done by other reality benders the instant they start them.

The easy thing to do is this.

1. Make a wish and it'll happen. The null one I gave you won't warp it in any way.

or

2. Use it as a power source for a machine, through which you can use it to enter various effects into reality,

 hmmm........................... in that case take this one. "drops anomaly core next to phiote the size of a small truck." And use the smaller one to input commands. just a warning, i set my anomaly cores to self destruct if their user betrays me.
