If size = strength, then something strong enough for me to set up a game for us. If size=/= strength then something small enough to carry.

C= anger.

Depends on the game. One the size of a pebble was enough to turn every animal in an eight miel radius into a human hybrid. One the size of a grapefruit was able to trap an entire village and the surrounding area in a pocket dimeniosn and give the user complete reality control.
