Sure, everyone hates/dislikes the dentist and has something better to do, but it has to be done.
You already have one lapse in dental hygiene, you don't need another.
And Philote is right, you're overthinking it - try to take your midn of it by doing something you enjoy (like Pokemon)
Don't worry about the fillings, many people have them or some other dental enhancement. You just need to get used to it.

I'm still not going to be happy because..

I'll be missing one of my night classes. (Which I've already missed once and will be dropped from if I miss three times).

Might be missing helping out in a pageant for a credit (And I owe the teacher in charge)

I won't be able to DM nor will I feel like participating in my game on Monday. :/

I also found out the Library apparently thinks I still have a book I turned in ages ago.

Oh, and I'll probably get the grade for my essay next week.

I understand you're predicament, had some of these problems myself in the past. It suck that emotion plays such a big part in it; I know the feel, brah, but I think you need to rationailze it.
Just my thoughts, so don't come at me for it (just trying to help):

1: Miss the class. It's just necessary, methinks. Why did you miss the first time? How long will the course still last (can you be relatively sure you won't miss another class)?
2: Might? Be sure. This one might suck, indeed. Can't you explain to the teacher and try to get the credit another way (and repay the favor with some other event)?
3: What's more important? The game or your dental health/finances? Can't you switch DM turns with someone?
4: Send them an email explaining it. If you need to go down there, make an appointment that don't interfere with something else (important).
5: Don't you get the grade through mail/blackboard/intranet or something? Can't you pick it up later?
6: Yeah, I figured as much. I recognize much of myself in you. No advice here bro - none other than you probably figured out yourself or heard: learn them, either by yourself, or through a course/mediation/class or with help from a specialist (teacher, mentor, shrink, commercial party etc.)

1) Missed it because it was four hours long and I felt very tired and ill. I would have left half-way through if I'd have gone. It'll last the rest of the semester, but I'm fairly certain I can survive.

2) My appointment is at four, that starts at six. I could make it, but I'd have a swollen, numb and then pained jaw.

3) Which is the same reason I'm probably going to miss the game. Stress will play up my self-consciousness and my personal shame for allowing my dental hygiene to deteriorate this far. I could probably make it, but I'd be so miserable because of that that I'd be unable to really do anything. I'll have to talk with the guy I'm co-dming with to see what we can manage.

5) Yes, but seeing it will probably make things spiral worse if it's a bad grade like I expect.

6) Thanks. However, I live in place where I would have to pay to see any sort of councilor. I really, really don't trust any of my teachers to make any sort of helpful decisions regarding my neuroses, and for the most part since high school any school councilor has always been a person who's main job was setting up state testing, rather than helping people with their issues.

Why do you think I'm so screwed up now? There's not really any professional for any kid with emotional problems to talk to. If you wanted that, you'd have to talk to your parents.. and I never wanted to explain that, because the main thing from which all my emotional problems stem is my attempted suppression of my sexuality.

I really hate living in America at times.

The theme was Mars, the Red Planet. I tried adding more complexity to this game through the talent tree, but all the options just gave me an incredible amount of work to do. It is a little buggy and I did not get to flesh it out as much as I'd like, but I finally got it playable and am able to at least show off the idea I was working.

Would love some feedback

Cheats for people who want to play with the talent tree:
8 resets points to zero
9 sets points to three, the max amount you could get without cheating
0 sets points to nine, allowing use of every talent tree option

It regenerates to 75%, most of the blue and red skills are overpowered currently so I was trying to limit regenration some.

With Blue you can practically never die and red can insta-kill things past tier one.

I chose three points because it lets you fully max out one group or mix between others.

Wulf, that section was mostly just you posting new threads for every game you found. Most of them have no posts in them but your original one. They never really needed their own threads or even their own section. I know you want to contribute to the forum but a games section doesn't really have any place here as far as I can tell.
