I'd say The first season Peter Petrelli and Sylar from Heroes.

Peter's power, Empathic Mimicry, could mimic someone's powers for good in which he gains many powers.

Sylar's power, Intuitive Aptitude, needs a bit more effort but with many other obtained powers it's simple.

And yes, she is powerful.


Which is why It's kind of annoying for her to have been bothered by the ambush. She should have backflipped off the horse and broke the urgal's necks with a snap-kick.
