The Vault of the Titans is supposed to be hard (I'm not sure if I should make something to buff the Spirit Titan or if its fine as it is) but you should probably only pick a portion of your heroes to actually successfully retrieve the reward.

Well, setting doesn't require much effort. A random generator could be used for that.

Spirit Titan? I have no idea what you think of those to be like.

Challenge could be fights, riddles, anything really. A random generator could be used for this as well.

Reward could have a random generator be used for it as well.

I'm probably going to use a random generator for anything gained from the altars by the way so don't be alarmed that I'm recommending them to you, 'cause I'm going to be using them as well.

I want it more personalized to the hero. So Zombie could have something in graveyard for example.

Spirit Titan is a creature within the Vault that will try to halt those that take the test. It can change size from Titan to normal, looks like whoever is taking the test with some alterations, and is supposed to be pretty strong but doesn't always outright fight the challenge taker.

You either fail the test by dying or leaving the vault

I see, though Zombies in this world won't exactly be associated with graveyards as much as they will loyalty or clouds. They are the race of Mina's with the highest affinity for the winds.

Kagehana: An arena, Possible reward: Bladed weapon
Koriko: A snowcapped mountain, Possible reward: Beautiful Kimono
Fubuki: A snowcapped mountain, Possible Reward: Beautiful Kimono
Kira: Council room of one of Mina's cities, Possible Reward: Beatifully made Armor
Taro: Caves, Possible reward: Vials for blood
Hime: City streets, Possible reward: Extremely good lockpicks
Sora: Forge, Possible reward: Hammer for smithing
Mizuna: Hospital, Possible reward: ... First aid kit? AED?
Koneko: University of Elemental Magic (I'll define later in story with narration), Possible Reward: Armor
Hikaru: An arena, Possible reward: Bow with Dragonfly motif
Jigoku: Volcano, Possible reward:  Beautiful kimono
Hiko: Volcano, Possible reward: Beautiful kimono
Wen Mai: Grassland, Possible reward: Katana

For the ones that have the same setting or reward, you might want to think of something to set them apart, even if its small.

For the Weapons/Armor they would be slightly below Artifact level.

That's a good idea. You're probably not going to want it to face Kagehana after Mina's fused Hikarinobara with Kagenobara to create Yugurenobara with no Divine Artifacts. She'd also have 5 Artifacts too as well ♪. The ones who I'd like to have pass the test though would be all 15 of them, but not without a challenge, so make it difficult, please!

Well, the four that all have a kimono as the reward are differentiated in the first place by race and/or gender:

Koriko: Yukionna
Fubuki: Yukiotoko
Jigoku: Male Homura
Hiko: Female Homura

Are those differences enough?
