Well, obviously none of that stuff affected me, so I just assumed it didn't matter to Crav.

This is the exact type of attitude the Watchman is forming a council to discourage. Everything that we do affects the others, no god is an island.

For example, the ocean is not only going to effect your peoples ability to trade, but also traps any of your people that are in the free cities in them until it lets up. And heaven help any of your people that are on the water, because they have to brave not only the storm, but also a bunch of mad sea creatures, including undines and giant sharks.

The current situation was caused by not one God, but several. The Watchman by spreading his message, breaking Hazet, and ticking off Gil and Waverider. Hazet for going full tyrant, then deciding to go after Gil when he woke up. Gil for introducing slavery, waking Hazet up, and hitting him and Waverider so hard in shook their very domains. Waverider for getting involved in the fight, and Zaya for sending the Watchman after Hazet.

In fact, The Watchman is the most at fault here. It was his masks that caused Hazet to start cracking down and Inspired Gil to slavery in the first place. So in a way, he was the root cause of this conflict.

Don't forget that Hazet created the Demonwall which didn't make Mina happy, despite the fact it only affects demons, not youkai. Oh, and yaaaaay! Mina now has 5 domains!

Alright then, cliff notes Ahoy!

-Slavery on Gil's island:not an issue anymore.
-The Goliath country now has a wall of mineral rich mountains around them.

-Gil got pissed at the Watchman butting into his business, decide to wake up Hazet to get me off his back.

-Hazet got pissed because the hero Gil sent tried to use godly power to mess  with his head. Also, Gil's hero totaled his palace trying to escape.

-Hazet marched to war against Gil. Waverider joined him because of the talking to she got at the very beginning of the story about the northern sea and wanted payback.

-This bits important: Gil hit them so hard their domains shook, whipping the sea into a frenzy and collapsing part of the demon wall on a village in the free cities. They're both alive, and I have servitors on standby to recover them once it's safe to move them.

-This bit is also important: I evacuated a bunch of  Gil's civilians to your land. They were in the process of being returned to their homes when I got the news about the free cities, and took all my servitors to help with the rescue operations there. You have about 3/4ths of the refugees from Gil's island milling about, confused and scared, in one of your coastal cities.

Mik, I don't think it's such a good idea for you to be crossing the ocean right now. Right now it's an every man for himself bloodbath in there. My Servitor only barely made it across, and it was bounding over the surface of the water and barely touching it.

You're big monster has, metaphorically, a large neon arrow pointing at it saying "EAR ME!" in big flashing letters and 4 exclamation marks.

That monster also has a giant neon sign saying, "Prevent me from entering Mina's land. I'm a danger!" as far as Lily and Kyouko are concerned. They have the home advantage and Mina left Murakumo and Yasakani with them because she thinks she won't need them so right now they're at +10 as far as fighting goes.

It honestly shouldn't even be able to cross the ocean without getting in a fight. I don't know how big this thing is, but I'm betting Waveriders Megoladon-sized super sharks are bigger.  Not to mention the damage that a school of undine could do, and I'm not even counting all the normal fish.

The sea monster is supposed to be an Endreakean that was trnsformed due to originally being torn up by Undine.
