Oh, wait. You narrate an attack that she does, and then we'll respond to it and defeat her. In fact, I think from now on both sides should make moves, then dice should be rolled to determine who wins.

Also, could a god determine what an enemy artifact can do, and could he wield it even if he could figure it out?

There were 11 posts on that page when I pressed 'reply' so I did not see that post until after I pressed 'post message.' And yes that is an accurate description Gentleman of how the shadow transportation works.

It's better to know the outcome before you post, so you can shape your posts correctly.

Otherwise you may make a dramatic successful attack and find out you've lost.

And you probably could use a mote to attune the object to work for you.

Well, its not guaranteed to win if one side decides to add more motes during the actual attack to sway it in their favor.

Heroes can't really do anything without divine artifacts anyway.

Not against Gods. Of course, they aren't always going to be fighting gods.

And yes, you may add Smites for a +2.

When it's a team, you take the most powerful member's mod, then add half of each remaining member's mod.

To avoid someone just making sixty Demi-Gods and roflstomping everything with a +60 Modifier.

Then I would have 17 (9 Gilgamesh + 8 (half of major spirit bonuses (4+34))
