Actually, the Hag-Queen already made a scrying device.

Which was a Divine Artifact costing her four motes.

Of course it's of godlike power.. You know, see anything anywhere without any chance of being detected..

Which is why it annoys me when people go around making knock-offs that function just as well.. without spending a ton of motes..

I'm trying to decide what to classify it as. It could be either a free action of create non sentient creature, or create mythical creature, or alter land.

It's basically a large underground crystal system which continuously grows and communicates with itself while relaying light and sound back to the main processing hub. It's capable of healing itself, but not thought....imagine a very very large fungus.
