Description: ...not sure what to put. A semi benevolent god of chaos and ruler of several spirit races. Normally seen as a spike haired wanderer wearing a travelers cloak(see avatar). Chaos form, is his true divine form. A winged, horned god of chaos, wearing a crown of fire, with eyes ablaze with chaos. Does not like to wear this form, as it is known to cause great fear and insanity in mortals.
Goals: Unknown.
Holy Animals/Symbols: The inverse cross, the mask, the monster''s eye.

Yeah, we definitely agreed on that and I also mentioned that he couldn't have shadows/darkness. That is Mina's domain.

Tier four actions should be 16 motes in order to balance things as well  or at least Major-spirits should be that much. For same reasoning as balancing the bonuses.

Or even Tier One - One Mote, Tier Two - 3 Motes, Tier 3 - 6 Motes, Tier 4 - 12 Motes. If you think 16 would be too high, and that would fit with getting 3 motes a day.

Sorry if I'm being picky, I just want the rules to be balanced, especially for combat. You might want to reread the rules and fix the typos, there are several.

I think we should brainstorm and add in more possible things to create since prices are increasing.
