Well..

No one really uses them much, so I'm not certain what rules need be in place..

You can shift to and from it easily.

You can take large groups of people or things like buildings in with a miracle.

You decide how the laws of physics work in it..

You can use it to move from place to place rapidly..

I'm going to make this Artifact at some point, in addition to what I already have.

The Anathema Scythe - A scythe that can transfer energy from those it cuts to the wielder and hurts as though the racial weakness of that being was used against them. E.G. Sunlight for vamps, holiness for imps, cold for Mik Hael's fire spirits (I think that was it), etc.
