No. But it doesn't matter. She doesn't hate all dragons, just that HUGE evil one that attacked back when Neo and GD were still playing.

She's a tad bit out of touch with current cultural ideas. The culture she came from was essentially cheerfully violent. Healing magic was abundant, so fighting was treated more like a game or a challenge. People half-way killed each other all the time, and enjoyed it. They were largely tolerant to pain, so it never really harmed them.

They would have considered the whole thing to be a hilarious disaster.  Of course, people here see things differently.
