Flaws are things that weren't meant to be in the original creation and are detrimental to the Incarnate as a whole. Essentially, her skill is extremely focused and specialized, because it ONLY perceives flaws in Incarnates, flaws in races, mythos, servitors, etc are beyond her.

Gifu's skill perceives flaws in order to tell someone and have them fix the flaws as soon as possible, most of the time it'll be right now, not later in her mind

As well, there's only one Incarnate on Gammara right now, so... Gifu's power isn't applicable to anywhere except Môsôoriku only someone decides to spend huge amounts of motes creating an Incarnate sometime soon.

@Wulf: If you're looking for things to do in the RP then Vault has been doing some stuff on your continent to get your attention and you could also send one of your Spirits to help with Nova in Spectroplis if you wanted.

@Marv: Depending on what happens with Nova from here, Anima and Murozond could be in a position to interact with your people again soon. Anima can return to Von Trapt and finish what they were doing and Murozond can "randomly select" a certain pirate if that doesn't mess with your plans.

The city itself is ruled by an elected council, so it's more of a city state. The Vandals and Fomor-Gravi, who make up the actual majority of the country each have a Queen though.
