OK, I suck with Paint, so I can't edit the map myself, but the first thing I do is create a mountain range along the right edge, the break off that peninsula at the bottom, to form an island. By that island, I create a giant, permanent maelstrom. How many points would that cost? Also, on the island I create a volcano surrounded by thick, lush forest.
