SO as of yet he doesn't exist in this new one, or else my four gargoyles would have existed as well, I thought that you said something about "No merging unverses."

Zale's already using him. And he's an NPC (only the GM can use him), so my point remains valid. Get over it. The end. You lose. Zale has full control over him unless he relinquishes control outright to you.
So INFINITE BAM.

Negative infinity bam, you change the rules every other hour at this point. Everything had to be created at some point and orignally all god's were meant to be controlled by a player.

Does it matter?
You still get points for taking souls, and he has to do the boring part of looking after them. Everyone wins.

I don't see Zale opposing what I'm saying. If he disagrees, then easily he can oppose it, and that's that. But I think these are valid points. You don't get death AND souls AND creation AND destruction.
You called Creation and Destruction, and that's what you get in its basest forms, otherwise you'd have to take domain over sex, too, and THAT goes to Uburra-Namall.

...Honestly I wouldn't have minded having an unwilling army of dead souls to command, it would relace my race, but I suppose your right.

Stop trying to win! It really doesn't matter Jester. Just get over it and accept that there is a god of the dead.

It's less "God of Death" and more "The Lord of The Dead's Bounty Hunter".

Better not. It's Uburra-Namall all the way.

Um...okay...
I still think his domain is FAR too broad, and encompasses too many domains. I'll maintain that position no matter what.

You should be fine.
Unless you try to go back on your side of the deal. Then you'll find out that there are worse things than being a fallen god.

It's barely part of his domain, and most of it will be lost once someone else makes a death/psychopomp god.
