He asked for character ideas, I said I was making them before, I even listed powers out not too long ago.

Look, all you posted was pictures with no Text...How am I supposed to know what they were for? I had no way of knowing what your intention was. They could be for a power you wanted, or for a NPC or just because you wanted to share them. Without some kind of reference I don't know.
