I would use Ability Imbuing to make a temple which grants reality warping (and immunity to said powers of others) and put it on an uninhabited island in the middle of the ocean.
Here's how events would play out: 1) The world will discover it's true power. 2) Each country will send an army over there. 3) Once the armies get there, they will have to fight for it (which will take a long time). 4) Each country would have to study it to find out how to use it, all the while protecting the island. A little experiment.
