While I still have the idea floatingin my head I thought I might as well post this.
Inside of a pocket dimension untouched by the rest of existence lies an Arena. In the center of which is a battle stadium which has the possibility to become any where, or when that is possible. around it are rows upon rows of seats, and n in the front is a large area populated by a row of thrones of varying types. In the center of these thrones sits the Jester a reality manipulating being of great power. is here that the most powerful heros, villians, and Nuetrals throughout all of existence come to probe amoungst themselves who is the most powerful. Rules: No omnipotent power masters may participate in a fight with someone of a lower degree. If your character is deemed omnipotent one of the judges will personally seal it away in a pocket dimension for the rest of eternity. No profanity No sexual themes Keep your abilites and attacks within reason. The arenas will be descided by the judges before the fight on a seperate forum. There can be two ways to battle. 1. Write a short story depicting the battle, the best fight wins. 2. Battle posting. Post a comment in the battle arena and your opponent posts another in response. So if you think this idea is worth keeping then post if not, eh it was worth a shot. If you do think that it's worth it I need some super powerful beings to be the judges along with the Jester

Your attempts to intimidate is laughable.. I bow to no one.

sure what part about it is confusing.
You can enter any character in a fight as long as you provide a detailed description like the ones mentioned in the RP section, and then you battle other characters in an arena that is determined by a group of reality altering beings.

I get it...and characters here can be of any kind, as long as they aren't omnipotent, right?

1.Technically there are no limits to the abilities that can be used in battle, but the character has to be cleared by the judges. So it would be best to have the highest amount of abilites around three or four, unless they are related to each other in a way that one would supply the other.
2. You can bring all of your characters abilites into a battle. 3. The character's themselves have to be cleared by a vote of the judges. So if they deam your character too powerfull or classify it as a marrysue/garrylois they probably won't be passed anyway. As a side note because there are set arena's it is possible for a weeker character to win by exploiting tactics and their surroundings to gain an advantage. Like I said we need some reality manipulating characters to be the judges.

Hm...not sure who to volunteer...
The only other reality bender I can think of is Raio Nandeneivious, a character I made up years ago. But, oh no, I wouldn't even think of taking HER out of the crazy house. She literally went insane when her powers manifested, and hasn't been right ever since. She's far too carzy to do anything other than annihilate probably everything in her path, with the combination of her reality bending powers (which are triggered by her thoughts) and the rapid, erratic nature of her thoughts.

The judges can be any nigh omnipotent reality manipulating characters, like the jester. So you have to submit their character sheet as well. I was planning for the Judges to be formed out of your reality manipulating characters because they would be the only ones who could intervene in some of the fights.
The judges themselves are there simply to make sure taht everything is fair and goes by the rules for that certain match.

ughh... For the purposes of this Battle arena the judges shall be characters, being controlled by Real people.

Shadowwulf1@: If Penultimate want's to battle we could always have the judges enter periodically in the tournaments with limits put on their powers.

I agree, but the win should not be decided by either person involved...

I only disagree on the judges...
I thought the judges would be an extremely varied group of hugely potent beings from across time, space, and the entire multiverse. I doubt that each of them will be fair, or even show the same views. One might hate how you don't fight back and another might think you fight to aggressively. Each one will not be fair, but the differing views will cancel each other out to make a sort of neutral view. Heck, one might just give you points because they like how you look.. Or that you were entertaining.
