BTW If you don't want to I guess that you don't have to lower your characters abilities. BUt to make it a fair fight I'd like my character to have access to his abilities gained from the other artifacts, at least in their least powerfull forms, or not. Now that you've told me that he's being kept alive by a fragment of the everblade I think I know how I could beat him while keeping the fight interesting.

This is a preliminary match to work out the bugs before an actual tournament, so no judges for now. The actual tournaments will probably be held in another battle. If I do let you copy the key ability what will you wager if Kaen wins?

I don't know which version of your character I would prefer...I don't want you to hold back, but on the other hand if  your characters body is made out of his will constructs, which are invinsible as long as the users will isn't broken, and an unbreakable will to go on top of that It will make the fight alot tougher, and it might drag out.

Btw What is the call on Draco.

Okay...I have no idea what the moshrooms are but I'm guessing that they can't be directly destroyed so, how about this.

Kaen walks through a portal into the floating city.

1. I stop the growth of mushrooms by reversing the flow of energy with a pulse of magic sent directly into the materialization link.

2. I cast the earth spell crystal spiders, covering the entire city in a thin layer of magical glass, including the mushrooms.

3. I materialize Kaen's sword and shield.

Roleplay.

Kaen: Where the heck am I this time.

He looks around the an abandoned city full of large buildings and skyscrapers. The sky above is a perpetual nightsky and there are to moons in the distance.

Kaen:Okay...definitly not earth, or I hope not, Oh well Time to get started.

Kaen cracks his fingers and neck. before noticing that Draco was sniffing at a small mushroom.

Kaen:  Hold on Draco don't eat that.

The dragon gives him an annoyed look, before walking away. Kaen kneels down and examins the mushroom from a safe distance. Ater a second he sees another sprout up next to it.

Kaen: definitely an ability.

Kaen's eyes change color eyes his irises begin to glow a golden yellow. A thin web of dark energy covers the mushrooms, flowing from an unknown source.  Kaen held his finger a few inches away from the web and sent a charge of golden energy into it. It crackled as the two energies collided, before the black web started to burn away. The mushroom itself shriveled up and dissapeared, while the golden energy spreads through the web to the other mushroom and keeps going.

Kaen: Okay now that that's taken care of for the moment, I might as well start.

He touches his palm to the ground and says. "I summon the from the quietest reaches of darkness,engulf and conquer  Crystal Web." The ground around his palm begins to become incased in a glass like crystal that slowly begins to spread througout the entire. city. Kaen stands up and materializes a sword and shield crackling in golden energy before dissapearing into the shadows of the buildings.

Kaen: Alright draco, get this over with.

sorry, the last time I checked I hadn't seen your battle post. Okay I'm not sure if this is valid but, I've infected your mushrooms with a magic virus which is distrupting the link between you and them that keeps them in existence through your powers. It's slowly spreading through to the other mushrooms through the origionally infected.

As for the crystal growth, it's made out of a solid crystaline structure that's higly reflective and nearly indestructable. It should have spread throughout most of the city by now, and has started creeping through the forest. It's a really good catalyst for magical reactions.
