Continuation of previous statement predicting that your response was some variation of "What?"

The comic books of Today are the T.V Shows of tommorow. This is true for most things. What is allowed in comic books is much more lax than that which is allowed in T.V shows, and as the Youth's who grew up reading said comic books become adults they will become in charge of the Media. Therefore they will most likely allow the themes seen in comic books from back then into their current T.V programming. After that the comics themselves will become even more "Lax and out there" THan they were in the previous generation due to this generation trying to outdo their predecessors. As you said America is a melting pot so to speak, but you may be over estimating the input from "Reasonable" ingredients so to speak. All countries are constantly being influenced by one another as they constantly develope their own Psuedo Culture, America is by far one of the worst of these and therefore detectable, however the same cultural influx is present in almost all of civilized culture world wide given a ten to twenty year delay of course. American's have their own breed of messed up, which is different than japans,  which is currently being largely suppressed due to religion, and the morals of the old age, which seem to be slowly dying out, or becomming less imposing as time dwindles on.

Originally I was gooing for a Media in general thing, but to my current knowledge Japan would win hands down if you don't include the small unkown occult comics and web comics present in America...in which case it's hard to tell.

As for the discussion, I think Japan is the weirdest but a couple of the American ones Jester cited are pretty bad. I guess Japan has more strange stuff as a whole.

hmmm, so I guess that means the final verdict is that Japan is weirder on average, but their are condensed pockets of weirdness in America that are either just as bad, or beat them out.

Honestly I doubt she's fertile to begin with....or technically classified as alive for that matter. The odds are it would create a terrible shape shifting monster with an IQ of three hundred, incredible surgical skills, the abilitiy to generate drugs and viruses biologically, and a thirst for blood.
