Omni's powers doesn't have any limits including his range.
Omni will stay out of your limited range and kill you before you have a chance to get in range. Since you said Jestor has limited range that means jestor doesn't have omnipotence. here is a describtion of the omnipowers from activatingevolution.org Omnipotence From Activating Evolution Omnipotence is, simply put, having unlimited power. One with this capacity can bend the bounds of all reality to his wish, so anything is possible. Its effects bypass every defense, and overcome all opposition, even Reality Anchoring, Immutability and Time Defiance. In addition, the user cannot die (of his will or at the hand of another) or even be maimed, as his resistance is infinite on all levels. He couldn't even be tricked or outsmarted, because, by virtue of this ability, he also automatically possesses Omniscience and Omnipresence (therefore knowing everything and transcending the boundaries of space-time). •This ability cannot be bestowed, boosted, negated, traded, mimicked, absorbed or otherwise manipulated. This ability is a divine faculty, attributed only to a deity (primarily God). Omnipresence (new) From Activating Evolution Omnipresence, also known as Ubiquity is the ability to be simultaneously present everywhere, in any and every place, at any and every time; unbounded, unhindered presence, and therefore the ability to see and be present in every location, within and outside of existence (and the user’s awareness is of such a great magnitude that this ubiquitous perception does not inundate the senses). This ability implies supernatural transcendence of space-time, and thus the inability to sustain a physical body (as physical presence in any one place would imply absence in another, thus contradicting the virtue of this ability). • This ability cannot be bestowed, boosted, negated, traded, mimicked, absorbed or otherwise manipulated. This ability is a divine faculty, attributed only to a deity (primarily God). Omniscience From Activating Evolution Omniscience is the capacity to have infinite knowledge about anything and everything. The one who possesses this ability would have little need for sensory-acquired knowledge as all knowledge would be inherently available to them by virtue of their power (allowing them to perceive the past, the present, the future and Absolute Truth). In addition, it is like he would not have any enemies, since he would know and understand everything, and therefore would be able to effectively deal with any and all situations in a posture of non-violence (or strategize to avoid or eliminate all opposition). • This ability cannot be bestowed, boosted, negated, traded, mimicked, absorbed or otherwise manipulated. This ability is a divine faculty, attributed only to a deity (primarily God). Those are the describtions word for word. Your describtion of jestor makes him not a omnibeing( a person with all three omnipowers). Only an Omnibeing has a chance of beating another omni being and since Jestor isn't a omnibeing he loses. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

I created Omni to be a variation of what I would wan't to be if I ever found a way to get superpowers.
Basicly if I ever found a way to have any superpowers I wanted (genie, fairy, wish, cosmic event, sent to a comicbook universe, sent to a superhero show ect) I would wan't omnipotence, omniscience, and omnipresense. Also even if I gained those powers I wouldn't claim to be god because I am a christain and believe in god. Also I would most likely not use my powers to force shelby to be my girlfriend because I respect her right to choose who she likes. There is a chance I would use my powers to convince her though that chance is unlikely. Omni is still only a variation. |
I can be in multiple places at once, so I just need to find your core, also, with spiritually ability omnipresence is a bit of a disadvantage, because I could harm you simply by affecting any part of your psyche, or I could just alter the book of the lamb to shorten the area of the universe trapping us in a smaller set at that size.

@Jester and Alex: I AM GOING TO EXPLAIN THIS ONE LAST TIME AND AFTER THIS I WILL DELETE ANYTHING THAT EVEN REMOTELY RESEMBLES THIS CONVERSATION...
@Alex: Much as you want to believe that your character has omnipotence, omnipresence, omniscience and omnibenevolence, he does NOT. Otherwise, even God would not be able to stop him (which is IMPOSSIBLE); in addition, he would never make mistakes as you implied he could. The only way he COULD have omnipotence, omnipresence omniscience and/or omnibenevolence is if he HIMSELF was GOD (which he is NOT). In addition, an omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient and omnibenevolent being cannot beat another omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient and omnibenevolent being, because the two have the same power, and it is AUTOMATICALLY of the same rank (how can there be different ranks of being ALL-POWERFUL???). Thus they would ALWAYS come to a stalemate (not to mention destroying all of existence over and over in the process). You cannot explain your way out of it, if you believe AT ALL in biblical truth. And if you DON'T believe in biblical truth, you shouldn't even be bringing this discussion up. Now PLEASE do not bring this up again, HERE or ELSEWHERE in the forum. I have explained this COUNTLESS times, and it only serves to clog up the site with meaningless conversation (because neither side seeks to understand; the two of you only desire to be RIGHT, and neither of you ARE...) In FACT, don't even reply to this post; I don't want to hear your argument for this discussion at all. Just let this convo die. Bring up a DIFFERENT pair of heroes to discuss, and continue to do so as per the original intent of the thread's design. Thank you.

No, you can still have popcorn, just eat it at a different fight.
Besides, who would want front row seats only to watch their demise, and the demise of the rest of all creation? (Rhetorical, DO NOT ANSWER, lol)

With twenty years of prep, Batman could beat ANYONE.

they locked the thread because they said with 20 years of prep and fighting in the batcave, batman has to much of a advantage Personally though I am a batman fan I don't get it. Can somebody please explain why 20 years of prep and fighting in the batcave makes batman overpowered. |

Ok.
Batman is very very good at tactics. He's great at figuring out how to bring people down. If he had twenty years to get ready for a fight, he would be able to analyze every aspect of his opponent and figure out how to defeat them easily.
