Here you wrote it was simply a picture and implied that this is all it was.

Then you just recently changed it to be a moving picture with audio.....Otherwise know as a Video. Knowing you, you'll try and say something along the lines of "I never said it wasn't a moving picture to begin with", but....you never said it was. Therefore, by adding the part about it moving and having audio you changed the original description.
