Some suggestions: You don't get another combat ability till level 7, and you probably don't need two passive abilities in the first three levels, so you might want to move things around.

Sense blood I could see being moved to a lower level, along with another active skill.

I think the two levels spent on increasing resistances are unnecessary, those would increase naturally anyways.

Level 12: Wings of Blood (Used for flight, 70 mana) might need to be a higher level, maybe just move it up two levels and move the others down.

You don't gain many active skills till higher levels (also need to give examples for each level of blood manipulation)

Combine levels 3 and 4, put new skill for level 3.
Same for 16 and 19, put new skill for 19.
Combine 9 and 10, put new skill for 10.

This will give you room for more techniques.

I think this class fits the format of the Rp better than the soulsword one. Soulsword techniques don't seem to translate well to the 20 level system.

Looks pretty good so far, Have to wait for Zale for full permission to use. One thing though

10: Resistance to vampirism
This is very situational, a lot of the time this will be no use to you, unlike poison resistance which can happen in multiple situations. So I would say it would be beneficial to replace, or upgrade (Maybe add charm resistance, since Vampires can charm, but that would be 4 resistances which might be a little much.)

I don't think he would have any problem with you playing a bloodmage (Doesn't mean that he won't use the class for a NPC as well). He might have some suggestions for tweaking the class as well before he approves.

I'd have to see more of what you mean for a mageslayer class (Something with magic immunity might be too strong for a player). You can create a class to be used as part of the story though, one you wouldn't control yourself.

Your class has inspired me to think up a new ability for my own: PotionBlood. The Potion Summoner's blood is replaced with a magical substance. (I'll have to think more of what it does as a skill now) New Level 20 skill.

You're welcome.... I just thought of another class.... the.... Vampire/Zombie/Lycanthrope Slayer!!! ...not. It's actually the Armsmaster class. Just need to work out the mechanics for it.

Well, here's the Mageslayer:

Mageslayer Class (NPC Class)
Tough their numbers are few, Mageslayers are feared by mages for their powers and hatred of all mages.
Anti-Mana per level: Level times 10
Class Abilities:
1. Can catch low-level magick in hands and throw it back (Upgrades at Lvls 12 and 18, 5 Anti-Mana)
2. Resistance to low-level magicks (Increases at Lvls 7 and 13, Passive)
3. Can store Anti-Mana in objects for later use and to prevent enchantments (Cost is Mageslayer's choice)
4. Can destroy enchantments/curses with Anti-Mana (Cost is equal to mana used for enchantment/curse)
5. Gain skill at archery or dual-wielding (Increases at Lvls 9 and 14)
6. Can prevent a being from using magick for 10 minutes by touching them (Increases by 1 minute every other level, 5 Anti-Mana)
7. Resistance to mind control/reading
8. Speed and attack power increased
9. Can make weapons and shields magic-resistant (70 Anti-Mana)
10. Can create Sorcerium (Liquid Metal) Fully powered at Lvl 20 (30 Anti-Mana)
11. Speed is now high enough to create afterimages.
12. Minor Sorcerium Manipulation (Generalized shapes, 30 Anti-Mana)
13. Can punch defensive magicks away (100 Anti-Mana)
14. Defensive power increased
15. Immunity to mind reading/control
16. Medium Sorcerium Manipulation (Weapons, Armor, Shields)
17. Can meld Sorcerium with other metals
18. Immunity to one school of magick
19. Mastery of the skill chosen at Lvl 5
20. Major Sorcerium Manipulation (60 Anti-Mana, Complex shapes)

So, what do you all think of this NPC Class?

The first skill will be overpowered, at level 20 they could shut down a magic user for 30 minutes for 5 anti-mana out of their total of 200.

I'm guessing Sorcerium is magic resistant?

You have a lot of skills that you gain a weak version of early on, then a higher version later. You could put these on one level and say how they change at a certain level. This will free up levels to put more anti-mana skills.

Also, like level 14, you could put something that goes with the increased stat, such as a change in their skin which would be the reason for why they have increased defense. Like you added afterimage ability to speed upgrade for level 11.

19: Can turn ordinary blood into special bloods (20 mana per ounce changed)
20: Total Blood Manipulation (External blood, 10 minutes in 100 meter radius, 50% of remaining mana)
Having copied their initial magicks from ancestral vampire, Blood Mages are often mistaken for vampires due to their blood drinking habits.
Interesting. Normally I wouldn't want to give a flat manipulation of something, but since this is rather specific..

I do need to know what each level of blood manipulation would be capable of.

You should also know that some people will be a tad bit afraid of a blood mage. You'll have to deal with social repercussions if you use your magic near normal people, the same as a necromancer would.

Ok, thanks for the review. I was prepared for the thought of social repercussions in the first place.
Minor Blood Manip. would be capable of creating general shapes like squares, spheres, circles, etc as well as causing the blood to harden or soften up again.
Medium could create weapons, armor, and shields as well as control to a limited degree the blood's temperature (33 C to 40 C)
Advanced could control more than just one's own species' blood. E.G. Human Blood Mage can now control orc blood.
Total would be able to control every aspect of the blood.
Of course all of them would only affect blood outside of a body.
