They should be the main campaign villiain, or at least an important villain. I have an idea, everyone has an arch-nemesis, each one one of the main campaign villains.

Indeed. While they have to obey you offerings will make them want to obey you. Not to mention that given enough time they can make dozens of major demon summoning talismans.

Someone you knew who was a bully, but had disappeared and reportedly died, but had actually made a pact with evil beings to become ultimately powerful?

Bob the ogre?

You stepped on Bob's pet ant, Anty.

He will not rest until his dear pet has been avenged.

Trying to make a Bard class.

I'm hoping the formatting will be interesting.

Bard should be fun.

This is will be a Fun/Interesting RP it looks.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Bards are wandering musicians famed for both their nearly magical songs and immense persuasive abilities.

Skills

Musical Aptitude

Bards are naturally skilled at the use of musical instruments or singing.

Charm

The bard may attempt to make a person more friendly to them. Usable three times a day, increasing by one use every two levels.

Illusion Crafting

A bard can create simple illusions with this skill. They may only affect one sense at level seven, two at level nine and three at level twelve. At level sixteen, they can affect all senses.

Inspire Awe

Channeling their persuasive abilities, a bard can cause fear and awe rather than respect. This consumes one use of Charm.

Echo

A meta-song ability. This allows the affects of a bard's song (See below) to linger for one minute after the bard ceases to sing.

Enthrall

An advanced form of Charm, this ability requires a successful check of the bard's charisma vs the targets wisdom. If the bard is successful, they may control the actions of the target for as long as they remain within vocal range. Requires the target to understand and hear the bard. Consumes one inspiration point and two uses of charm.

Many Voices

A meta-song ability. This allows a bard to sing two songs at once.

Songs

Bardic songs are semi-magical abilities possessed by a bard. Unless otherwise stated, most bardic songs require the bard to be able to sing or play an instrument. A bardic song affects any target that may hear the bard, unless the bard chooses otherwise. All bardic songs continue for as long as the bard continues to sing them. Barring the Many Voices skill, no bard may sing more than one song at once.

Anthem of Vigilance

This song boosts awareness of surroundings. People see farther and hear better. They are more resistant to sleep, blindness and deafness. Higher levels grant night vision. Consumes one Inspiration Point.

Charming Lyrics

This song boosts persuasive ability and the resistance to the same. People grow more articulate and dynamic. Increases resistance to charm and mind control effects. Consumes one Inspiration Point.

Aria of the Swift

This song boosts dexterity. Dexterity measures hand-eye coordination, agility, reflexes, and balance. Increases resistance to slow, paralyses and restraining effects. Consumes two Inspiration Points.

Rejuvenating Psalm

This song slowly recovers the health of those that hear it. It also speeds recovery from negative status effects. Consumes one Inspiration Point

Appealing Aria

This song boosts Charisma. Charisma measures a character’s force of personality, persuasiveness, personal magnetism, ability to lead, and physical attractiveness. Increases resistance to aging, mind control and charm effects. Consumes two Inspiration Points.

Tough Shanty

This song boosts Constitution. Constitution represents your character’s health and stamina. Increases resistance to disease, poison and blood draining effects. Consumes two Inspiration Points.

Battle Chant

This song boosts combat ability. People hit harder for longer. Causes fatigue in all affected once the song ends. Consumes two Inspiration Points.

Devout Hymn

This song boosts Wisdom. Wisdom describes a character’s willpower, common sense, perception, and intuition. Increases resistance to madness, blindness and confusion effects. Consumes two Inspiration Points.

Heavy Metal

This song causes pain in all who hear it. Enemies affected by this song are inflicted with non-lethal damage, representing fatigue and distraction. This song can not kill anything and some creatures are immune to it's effects. Consumes three Inspiration Points.

Brawny Ditty

This song boosts Strength. Strength measures your character’s muscle and physical power. Increases resistance to weakening, binding and fatigue. Consumes two Inspiration Points

Heroic Epic

This song boosts all attributes. Half as effective as the other songs. It does not confer the resistances the other songs give. Consumes four Inspiration Points.

Doom Dirge

The inverse of Heroic Epic. It slightly reduces the attributes of enemy creatures. Consumes four Inspiration Points.

It looks more professional than mine.

Now to actually read it.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. The table contains what level you get the skills/songs at.

I separated them merely for convince of organizing them.

Still looks more professional with the stats and consuming charm points thing.

I just want to point out that you wouldn't have any combat skill until level 14 that doesn't involve aiding allies.

True, but I wanted them to be a support class.

I'd have to shuffle around abilities to get more combat..
