Dilemmas, well can Spirit Lord be a reoccurring friendly character then maybe.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

The Necromancer could be a villain. They would fit the bill.

A recurring friendly villain?

._.That is not what I meant, but that could fit in under "The Rule Of Funny" I meant they could either be a villain, or a recurring friendly character.

I have no problems with villain..

Though some people might find the idea of a nice necromancer offsetting.

Demon summoners focus on the binding of demons to their will and summoning them for their own means.

1. Summon Imp:Using this the demon summoner can summon 1-3 imps. These will obey the summoner for their duration summoned and will preform minor tasks. No Imp can be summoned for more than 72 hours. However, as level increases the duration of Imp summonings can increase by eight hours per level.

2. Demonic Aura:The summoner passively gains a demonic aura that causes uneasiness in foes and increases command over demons, even those that the summoner did not summon. Effects increase with level.

3. Demonic Cantrip:Using the summoned demon or demons the user can cast all orisons and cantrips as if they had been prepared by the summoner. In addition the summoner can add an evil or chaotic attribute to these cantrips.

4. Attribute Imbue:When the summoner has a demon present they can imbue any weapon they are capable of using with an evil or chaotic alignment. The duration of this increases with level.

5. Summon Minor Demon:The summoner gains the ability to summon minor demons. They can summon up to three instantly and each additional one takes thirty minutes to summon. The time for summoning additional demons decreases by one minute per level for a minimum time of fifteen minutes.

6. Minor Binding:The summoner is capable of performing a minor binding on any demon of minor or lower level. This binding will force the demon to obey the user and can allow for lengthier commands and instructions than commands issued when summoned.

7. Multiple summon:By preparing a ritual before summoning the summoner can summon multiple minor demons or imps as if in one summoning. The ritual preparation takes five minutes to summon up to twenty minor demons or imps. Each additional one to be summoned adds two minutes to the preparation.

8. Weapon Binding:The summoner can permanently bind an Imp/Imps or demon/demons into a weapon. This enhances the attack and can allow activation of chaotic and/or evil alignments to the weapon. The imprisoned demons steadily grow stronger in the weapon the more it is used. However, when the weapon is broken and demons released they are at the same level as when imprisoned.

9. Demon Teleport:Aside from the natural ability of their demons to teleport the summoner can teleport any number of the demons they have summoned to them as a free action.

10. Demonic AnchorThe summoner can anchor their demons to this plane to protect against banishment by other casters. The anchoring can be broken by the demon if their masters gave them permission to do so.

11. Summon Medium Demon:Any demon of medium level can be summoned instantly in up to five in number. Each additional summoning takes ten minutes to preform.

12. Pre Prepared Summoning:By spending time before the day preparing the summoner can inscribe a summoning onto a scroll, charm, talisman or other small object to summon the designated demons when activated. When inscribing the summoner designates the level of the demons and the number summoned. If the number goes above the normal average the appropriate amount of time for additional summons must be spent. If the item is a charm or talisman then the inscripted summoning will remain after use but needs to be renewed by focusing on it for the time it took to inscribe.

13. Demonic Flurry:By empowering the demons with the summoner they can attack their enemies. Deals double damage against any lawful or good characters.

14. Devilry: By channeling power through a summoned demon the summoner can preform devilry, or harmful or corruptive work. Using this they can select any disease with a save ten+their level or lower and cause their demon to spread it. They can also blight a small patch of land or curse one person.

15. Persistent Binding:The summoner can add a permanence effect to the bindings they place on demons or imps. This allows the summoner to call them back even after they have been sent back to the lower planes. In addition they are still under orders from their master even after they have been sent back. The exception is if the summoner undies the binding.

16. Summon Major Demon:The summoner is capable of instantly summoning one major demon. Each additional one requires one hour of concentration. Each effective binding require thirty minutes before or after the summoning.

17. Summon Devil:Drawing from high lower planear power the summoner can spend one hour of concentrating to summon a devil. A fourth five minute binding has to be crafted through concentration before the summoning otherwise the summoner can bargain with the devil to gain their service or send them back.

18. Gate: By spending thirty minutes, an hour, two hours, or three hours a summoner can focus to create a gate to the lower planes to let through multiple imps, minor, medium, or major demons in order of the lengthier times. Doing so can allow many more demons than normal through without the individual times for extra summons, however, the amount of demons that come through varies.

19. Mass Demon Binding:This skill allows the summoner to bind any demons they currently have summoned. Major demons are not instantly bound but an automatic five minute spell ensues that will bind them after it finishes.

20. Demonic Fusion:The summoner gains the capability to fuse with a demon or multiple demons that they have summoned to gain immense power. Doing this temporarily binds the fused demons inside of the summoner until it is broken or the summoner can maintain it no longer. Fusion can grant the summoner demonic capabilities in that form as well as high level spells and abilities they would normally not have. Fusion causes the fused demons to be sent back after it ends.

@Zale: I'm not sure about costs for this one, mana, etc. The supportives cost nothing seeing as they are to help with handling the demons but those that use the demon as a tool cost something. Other than that it's up to your discretion if summonings cost anything but time, and if so what those costs are.

Neo, your acting as if this was d&d. You literally said "You can align weapons to be chaotic or evil."

And Zale, if we are doing alignments, I'm Chaotic Neutral.

Hmmm..

I like it. It's.. diabolic.

I could see time and cost working for this one.

It takes awhile to summon useful demons, and you have to give them things to appease them.

They may want gold or magical items or fresh livestock.

The more you give to them, the more willing they are to help you.

Also, possibly a cap on how many demons you can have at once... Or not for villains..
