So, if I got this right,
- the one with the superpower is the mastermind behind the attacks.
- he uses his superpower to make sure a subordinate executes it.
- Lisa was always present during an attack she "dreamt" about.
- an attack happens, and then a "dream" about it occurs
- as a reaction to the attacks, something causes Lisa to have "dreams" about the attacks after they've been done.
