Does the power have to do with blood?

Hush, the manly ones are just out in the Midwest...

And seriously. If you've got an accent, you've got like 75% more chance of landing a pretty girl in America.

So, it's strictly magical in nature.

Was it made by a current member of the forum, or by an obscure user?

Was it made by a well-known member, who maybe left? Like 667, Spydyr or WishIHadThis?

Yes. One of those three.

Less than twenty posts left. Maybe you should start asking a bunch of questions at once.

667?
Spydyr?
WishIHadThis?

Is it elemental in nature?

Some type of manipulation?

Does it require a spell or incantation or mantra?

Does it require some source, like asking another (supernatural) being for help?

Does it work to Enhance/Augment something?
Reduce something?
Negate?
Defend?
Overwhelm?
Support?
Harm?
Mimic?
Accelerate?
Decelerate?
Perceive?
Disrupt?
Summon?
Banish?
Separate?
Cause pain, or fear, or discomfort?
Deceive the senses?

Does it require a gesture?
A word?
An item?
A weapon?
A certain time of day?
A source of energy?
A particular kind of target (only animals? only females? only males?)
A certain place?
A book?

Do any current members of the forum possess the ability?
What is its WYR rating? Is it above or below 50?
Does it pertain to a mental state, or a certain emotion?
Does it affect more than one species (plants, animals, people, etc)?
Does it affect inorganic materials?

Cool. Then I know which one.

But really, why anyone would screw with his own past is beyond my comprehension.
That's just crazy.

Ok then.

Is it Time Travel ?
(since this one mentions the interaction with past and future selves)

If not, then is it Space/Time Manipulation?

Re: Game: What superpower am I thinking of? (cont'd)

Vespert
Congrats! I was hoping this one would last a little longer.

"The current Terry doesn't know it yet. But some time in the future, he will be the author of the deeds.

"Shortly after being put in prison for crimes he doesn't know he will commit himself, the public opinion is dumbfounded by theoutrageous stupidity of the condemnation. To them, not only Terry couldn't have physically done it, but the ridiculous amount of evidence against him made them believe Terry was set up. Who would smoke three cigarettes at the same time? Who would kill someone and write a message with their own blood? Who would fail to crack a vault and unknowingly leave fingerprints all over the place, including places one wouldn't normally touch?

"The loudest voice in this support belonged a friend's sister, secretly in love with Terry, who fought to have the miscarriage of justice recognized. After twelve years of battle against the United States authorities, who didn't want to admit they made a mistake, the United States president herself decided to pardon Terry. Afterwards, Terry will peacefully live a happy life with his friend's sister, who he will later marry.

"Shortly after his wife began to show signs of pregnancy, he discovered he could Time Travel. While he never intended to use it because he was afraid of the risks of altering his present life, everything changed when one day he found himself married to another woman he never met with unknown children pretending to be his. Worse, his "real" wife barely knew him, wasn't pregnant anymore and married another man. On the other hand, he couldn't find any record of the three crimes he was convicted for, as if they never happened. He didn't understand it at first, but he later put the pieces together when he realized what the blood message of the murder case meant. Shifted by one letter, they make "ubfeb" and "utzl". And unscrambled, they make "fubbe" (his wife's nickname for her brother) and "lutz" (his wife was a former figure skater). He rightfully conjectured he actually was the author of the three past deeds, and because he missed the moment when he previously travelled back to commit them, they never occurred. And because they led him to meet his wife, his previous life is no more.

"Confused and hesitant about whether or not he should force the woman he loves to marry him again by committing the three crimes himself, he fell into depression and began to smoke again. When he discovered it resulted in him developping a cancer, he decided it was a cue to change his life. Because they didn't make any casualties, he first travelled to Colorado and Utah and went back in time to commit the theft and the failed bank robbery. While he wasn't sure about who to kill for the murder case in New York, he was certainly torn by the idea of going back to the present and living with a wife whom he forced to love him. In the end, he was convinced the time when he felt he was innocent were the best in his life, so he left the blood message in the alley, wished good luck his past self and set himself on fire.

"The story doesn't tell how it all began, but it certainly will end some day, as each time the moment he travels back in time occurs later than the previous one."
