Fifth New Beginning!

Yes, yes, I have not forgotten that one.

I begin making an enormous system of vaults (partially inspired by Fallout) linked by teleporters to keep the populations of Earth and other important planets safe. I've built a few on Earth and I'm willing to extend the system to New Atlantis. The occasional few are linked by tunnels or other transport too.

They each have the following features:
-The walls prevent time, space and reality from being altered inside. Everyone has powers to protect their soul.
-The vaults are powered by solar power (each has a rudimentary base above ground), geothermal energy, wind power, biogas, nuclear, fusion, other sources depending on the area (some have more power sources, some have less) and  hyperspatial energies (as a last resort, since while it is infinite, it is dangerous).
-A teleporter room: Enables rapid transport between vaults. This is coincidentally the same place which harvests energy from hyperspace.
-A lab: Researches technology (I never stop developing technology). Ability imbued with Research Zone*.
-A docking port: Opens to the surface for my fleet to dock. It also enables the bunker to launch more spacecraft. It can hold about 3 active ones and one in service (often used for construction).
-A self-replicating factory removes all needs for factory workers, enabling the people inside to enjoy their time. Has been given Construction Zone* with Ability Imbuing*.
-A communication room allows my vaults, cities and fleets to keep in contact. Much of my galactic empire is preparing for the inevitable, such as moving to the center of the galaxy where reality is more stable.
-My enormous business has opened a shopping center in this vault. Apparently these vaults are more like heaven than a shelter.
-Living quarters capable of sleeping 10,000 people. I have made more than enough to keep my population safe, so I have encouraged my citizens to breed while in safety (I don't want to create an artificial population).
-A mind uploading/cloning clinic, allowing the inhabitants to easily escape disease, prolong life and alter their body by shifting into a new one.
-An advanced hospital, complete with Medical Zone*.

I am building these shelters with Ability Imbuing*, Quantakinesis*, Research Zone*, self-replicating technology, people under my control (including notorious criminals) and many other things.

What kind of help?

Any you need; extra powers, an extra set of hands, protection of your city, anything.

Your city may even be able to serve as an extra bunker, giving you some more citizens, this time natural (i.e. no reality manipulation), biological ones who can reproduce and develop technology for you. Any technology they develop there is automatically shared with you.

Well I'm good on powers for now, but I would appreciate some extra help fortifying Kethencia for the coming battle. If things go south I can activate KARMA's final safeguard and protect the city, but I would rather not let it come to that.

I'll put a wall around the city, building it with Construction Zone* and self-replicating technology (developed with Research Zone*). I use Ability Imbuing to give it the ability to turn all energy-based attacks into energy for KARMA and use Preservation (through Power Sharing*, thanks WHD) to make it indestructible, prevent it's ability from fading and preventing it from degrading.

I then give Residence Protection (through Author Power Mimicry*) to every citizen in Kethencia through Friendly Power Gifting* so that their homes cannot be invaded. These houses now also act as a shield to the rest of the city.

Finally, I create a device to make KARMA even more powerful, with the ability to stabilize space/time and reality within the city. Since your citizens are clockwork, they do not need to worry about losing their souls.

Remember, you should still be a member of our Reincarnation 4: Soul Link/Power Sharing/Pack Invulnerability/ Super Enhanced Pack group, so you are also able to do these things.

P.S. What is the final safeguard, if it's alright to tell.

Thanks, I'm not so great when it comes to using multiple powers to build things. So I appreciete the wall you built.

And about KARMA's final safeguard. I would tell you what it is, but I want it to be a surprise for when I eventually activate it. I can however tell you that it will be awesome.

I'm giving control of the lieutenants I sent to Celadon to Wulf and the ones that went to Earth can be controlled by either Wulf or Myself.

Beast and Psy are going to start building defenses around Aeon.

Jester and Wulf need to give information on which people we are fighting.

If you let me use your planet as a bunker world, I'll give you some extra protection.

At the moment, I am moving a large portion of my stellar fleet (now huge thanks to self-replicating technology) into geostationary orbit over Marv's City, as well as some around it and in the air too. After adding docking zones, I can place ships there for extra firepower and so they can be serviced. They also set up a self-replicating factory capable of producing nearly anything to help Marv, as well as replicate itself and them make more ships.

@ Greenday + neogenetica: Do you two need help in protecting New Atlantis? I need more bunkers for my citizens and I think your continent will be useful. They're hard workers and will bring plenty of advanced technology for you. I might even hide there, adding an extra "bubble" of Reality Anchoring* and make a pyramid with the power of Reality Anchoring* covering the whole continent. I may be able to station some of my own ships in hangar's I'll help build.

Okay, now I'll set up a system to ensure reality, space, time and people's souls are not manipulated, except by a particular few, such as yourself (don't worry, I've been doing this with the previous places).

Next, I'll station a large portion of my fleet around your planet in order to both stabilize their reality and to protect your planet from direct attacks.

I've still got to set up a secret technological defensive system.
