1. Thats his power, each core represents one type of data, in this case Ice. The beams he fires causes the reality it touches to turn into that type of data. 2. He got away cause he is an Archvillian and we need them to join up first. Plus you left a hole in the top  3. Bananas.

Hate to tell you Jester, but I took over the Earth (minus Marv's city, New Atlantis and other private sections) early on in this RP.
For good reasons of course, I never bring it up anymore. For instance, I controlled the media to stop knowledge of superhumans becoming known early on, until WHD revealed it. I also helped to evacuate the Earth when we needed to transfer universes with the populations of all planets thanks to evil reality manipuators.

-Planet Maker. -Power of Imagination*. I'd suggest Planet Maker though. I'll help you by creating the planet you want for you, unless you want to acquire Planet Maker through Omnipotent Power Mimicry* and do it yourself.

Not easy, since I control the politicians with Conditional Ability Bestowal* and Reaper's Contract*. As for reality warping, I have Reality Anchoring*, as do all empowered politicians (through Friendly Power Gifting*), who also are protected from time, space and soul manipulation through Ability Imbuing* (on their working and living castle I've made for them all).
P.S. It wasn't Greenday who gave everyone powers, it was neogenetica.
