Elemental Planes Role Play Part 2

[Marvelous Miscreant]

The shock wave seems to stun and disorientate the Hydra. It is crippled, beaten and half alive. I take this chance to finish it off. With a running start I launch myself up towards the Hydra's chest. A trail of sharp stones follows me. As I draw near to the beast time seems to slow down as my brain races into overdrive. The stone accerarte to my hand forming a long stoney lance. With a single punch I drive the stone lance into the beast's chest and pierce what I assume is it's heart.

The beast roars in pain. I drop heavily to the ground and immediatly raise a graveyard of earthen spikes behind it. With the remains of my strength I force the dying beast to fall backwards with an enormous push with the help of my powers. The creature falls backwards onto the spikes and dies.

"Whew....finnally, it's over"

[Philote]

The light elemental cuts its way out of the dead hydra's stomack, his armor dented and melting with acid. He places his hand on the hydra's flesh and absorbs its energy, within moments his armor and body are as good as new.

"Time to press on deeper."

[Celadon's Penultimate]

"Whoa, that was...a doozie" I say, finally recuperating from the Thunder Clap blast.

We all seem to be a little worse for wear.

[Celadon's Penultimate]

 "Indeed."

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Too bad, we've got a Colossus to stop."

[Philote]

"If you beings require rest and substance, I suggest you take this moment to acquire it. The final chamber is up ahead" the light being said. "One of the side caves should provide an area for you to capture some food."

At the mention of food, my stomache gurgles. "Yeah, that sounds good".

I rush off to scare up some grub.

"Wait....what kind of food?"

"Um...nuts...and berries...and grubs."

Mmmm, an entire buffet of delicious delicacies.

Anything tastes good when you haven't eaten for awhile

 "I know..." I slowly raise a particularly juicy bug to my mouth...

"Just point 'em head first so they know which way to crawl."

 "NOT. HELPING."

I slurp down a grub and smile.

 I choke down a handful of mealworms and grimace.
