So, Billy Bishops three part plan for super happy success:

1. Lead Kyres to the garbage room/ be taken prisoner by Kyres and forced to show him where the "Experiment" is.
2. Have Eric blow the weakened paper man into the incinerator, while Zaubar bubbles it to keep him in.
3. Turn on incinerator.
