Yeah, no.

Planet-Shattering Strength?

Tectonic plates manipulation?

Perceiving as far into the past, the present or the future as desired?

Regenerating even from being vaporized?

It's still pretty powerful.

Hmmm...You're probably right....I might either fix him a bit or just not use him. He was just an idea.

Well, how about just letting his power be Reality Bending?

I mean, that's what I did with Project Maiden. I made her really powerful, but limited her radius.

T-that's just brilliant.

Jackie Ryder..

Oh I would love to see them meet.

Interesting...

Perhaps a throwback from the ages long past when magic was much more common. Sleeping greek gods got jolted out of their magic-deprived slumbers by the sudden event and all the wildness it caused..

The severe lack of magic would make them fairly weak, compared to before. Perhaps twice the power of your average warlord, but far below what they used to be..

After all, we have a few half demons already.

And most of our characters will just think he's a delusional superhuman.

"Your mom is a quiz show?"

The main differences would probably be that he is resistant-to-immune to power negation, because it's magic not a mutation that gives him powers.

Of course, magic would work fine. But we're rather low on that so..

He would be a formiddable foe.

Wow...

A suggestion, you could keep that..

But instead of just one at a time, make it once.

So if he uses, say, concusive laser vision, then he can't ever use it again.

He would have to save the really potent powers for emergencies, and try to avoid switching to much.

It would also encourage him to search out alternatives to how a certain power would work.

After all, Aerokenetic Flight and Gravitional Manipulative Flight are technically different things.

Also, a ten in power could be incorrect. He is not nessicarlly more powerful, but more versitile.

Also, I'm without spell check, so excuse the errors.

Just changed Project U.S.A.'s power.

Zale: I really like the idea of that kind of omnipotence but I figured this would be alright too. Still like the power.

Re: Characters

Perhaps to much value is being placed on sheer potency of powers..

I mean, if the rely so heavily on their powers to be effective..

Like if you have a wizard and a dragon. If the magic gets turned off, the wizard is just a brainy guy. The dragon is still a dragon.

So If you have some uber potent reality warper versus a guy with fighting skills and a minor power..

And the powers get turned off, then well... Guess what happens.
