I'll take any element really.

Hmm, might be interesting to introduce more powers that need more people to activate full potential (But has at least some use solo)

I think making more wouldn't be a bad idea. They would need to have some use though when used alone for it to be a good power I think.

Something where you can't use full potential of power without group

Like in this one each of us has an element, but can't have all elements, but with this power we can't actually do anything till all 9 are together, with other powers I think it might be good if we could at least do something until other people have the power.

Maybe Mental Communication? It doesn't offer power, but having a phone is useless if you're the only one.

I'll attempt to think of one, hopefully a counter to an overpowered power.

I have one, also posted in Power Orphanage 2.

Power Banning:
When thirteen people with this ability work together, they can ban an ability from existence. There is no defense against this, but at least it cannot target one person. Unfortunately, this only applies to the current universe/realm it is performed in. The group selects a leader to channel it through, but he does not do the banning.

Pros:
-Eliminate overpowered powers.
-No defense against it.
-This power is immune to itself.

Cons:
-If the leader dies or loses this power, even for a second, the power/s is/are revived.
-This power cannot have it's cons removed by any power.
-The leader must have it legitimately.

I haven't figured out:
-If there should be a cap on the amount banned.
-Whether mimicry should work for this.

Well, this is the team power everyone wanted.
