It will when these most recent RP come up. When WOM starts back up, if anybody else joins back up with the Official RP Thread and a couple others that have been reorganized, then we'll have some order.

When NB and SBA are finished, we will definitely work together to organize the ones previously mentioned, and they'll be RPs worth playing.

I only ever considered the wards created to forcibly stop something as barriers, I always considered the wards designed to repel as something like a repulsing thing.

Take over the world with Reaper's Contract* and Conditional Ability Bestowal*:
1) Travel the world, healing the terminally ill and granting powers to those who desire them.
2) Find a greedy political party (easy to find).
3) Offer them all powers as well as a near-guarantee of the election, saying you want nothing in return. You could settle questions by saying they must get into power to save the future or something.
4) If they say yes, use Conditional Ability Bestowal on all of them. Which powers? You decide -flight, reality manipulation, mind control, anything you want to give them.
5) Enter national television (preferably as a costumed superhero on a talk show) and tell the entire country to vote for the politicians, giving reasons and saying you will offer your services for free to the country, as well as promising to open up a business selling superpowers. Also offer to end the war by giving the army powers.
6) Repeat step 1 until election.
7) When the elections came round, those made loyal to you, whether through empowerment or being saved from death, will vote, alongside all who were close to someone saved by you, those who like your promises, those who want a national superhero, those who want powers and the regular voters. This makes in near certain they will get voted in.
8) After the election, an entire political party and many civilians are twisted around your finger.
9) Have fun ruling your country.
10) If you want, wash, rinse and repeat with other countries and as time goes on (since your party will not stay in power forever).

I'd probably do this in a New Beginning scenario, partially to control the governments of the world in order to end war.

Well either method of power distribution could work really, because he said it'd be given via Conditional Ability Bestowal, meaning that they would immediately fall under his control after the bestowal.
