OF COURSE, Alex doesn't consider our powers enough to trump his...he doesn't want to be beaten. EVER. And for this reason, don't care how mad or frustrated or angry we get, he's not gonna give it a rest. Perfect Immortality is not just a type of immortality, the inability to not die, but instead is REALLY "Perfection, in every aspect of the word...no aging, no sickness, no physical harm, no power negation, and adaptation to control, perceive and manipulate anything relatively related to anything that attempts to harm you, until eventually nothing can beat you, or escape your notice, or escape your awareness, thus making you all-power-ful, all-knowing, ever-present and adaptable against any thing, force, substance or maneuver that makes you anything otherwise." Therefore, Alex's power is the most annoying god power ever, because it's impossible, even in the realm of superhuman capabilities...you can't be immune to a god power just because you don't believe in that god, so his inability to be affected by anything short of omnipotence (if even THAT, by HIS standards) is totally annoying, and as such, so is he.
I know you have Asperger's, Alex, but that gives you no excuse to continually push our buttons on an issue that we said was already resolved. We already told you that it was bothering us that you wouldn't let the issue go. THAT makes you a TROLL. Creating an invalid and paradoxical power, that can defy even Power Negation and the GODS is utterly ludicrous, and by extension so are YOU. I find your logic adapts just as annoyingly as this power does, which is why none of us find this power desirable to have as our own abilities, or to have in the BA...Good day and good luck, Alex, your services here are no longer required. When you see fit to be more logical and fair in your dealings, then we can reconsider, but until then... YOU ARE DISMISSED...

Let me see if I get the gist of this. It's still 100% completely unnegatable immortality, but it doesn't have uber-adaptions to everything anymore? That's a step in the right direction, but I'd still say remove ALL adaptions. You don't have to 'adapt' to be able to survive somewhere, it could be that the immortal's body just doesn't have any difficulty with lungs filled with water, or in a vacuum, etc. If you still need to have these adaptions, I think you should be a bit more specific about what they can do, otherwise, after last time, we're probably going to have to assume the worst.
On a side note, I'd strongly recommend you leave a comment on the power saying something like "Nevermind, it doesn't have all the adaptions, but the unnegatable part holds." |

exactly...the whole point is, TRUE immortality means that you have nothing to adapt to. Your body can't be penetrated by harmful impacts, can't be aged, can't be suffocated, can't be drowned, or even burned up in the heat of the sun...but even True immortality can be negated...that's why people don't say it's an unchoosable power like Omnipotence, Omniscience and Omnipresence...other than that, the adapting part does make me less willing to shun you from this corner of cyberspace as social pariah to this site (not that it's my choice, anyways, but...)

Ha! I don't really care too much that you can't cancel it, as you can still do so with Omnipotent Power Negation. Even if you can't, burying them alive in several tons of concrete is still an option.

I want to know if people have ideas on how to creatively use powers in battle.

For alchemy I would say
Transmutation: change one material into another which you could use to make explosive compounds or if you have the formulas of The Alchemyst then you could change materials into different DNA and activate that genetic structure to even change lifeforms or make your own monsters. You could also make opponents or your weapons to different materials. Acid breathing: breath out and change the water in your breath to a corrosive acid to attack enemies at a close range. Reaction: change materials in the ground to make rock or sand blast upward from explosions and make the battlefield a minefield. Chimera: change the elements in your or an allies body to let that person change into a beast that posseses changed DNA for a variety of powers ranging from electricity to super strength.

Force back is more versatile than people believe.
Wave: send a near transperant (or other color) blast, beam, or wave that reflects all oncoming powers and if it hits somebody then they would have all their powers affect them. The it person might need the power safety trio as protection if they have a negating power. Sword: make a weapon out of it and cause all of an opponents powers to nab them at double their normal power which would likley destroy them. Shield: make a shield or force field of this power to make all powers back bounce this could include force back sword or wave but this is not suggested as this would continue on and and on likely nabing your valuable allies in the process. Projectile: incorperates the attributes of the previous wave and sword but takes the form of your choice of projectile as you desire for more subtle attack. Reflect: push out with your hands or move your hand to the side in a slap, wave, or violent reflection that forces back the power that was aimed at you. Contact: punch, kick, pinch, slap, jab, push, or other physical contact that can be used to target a single power of an opponent or many to produce disasterous results.

To anyone who sees this thread please feel free to post here any ideas of techniques for the powers on the list. I know that a lot of you are really creative in things like this.

For heart attack with and without con negation
Push: gentley or violentley push someones heart area to make their heart stop beating. With con negation Heart shuriken: make a huge shuriken of energy that can hit multiple people and make their hearts stop beating. Projectile: create a variety of heart stoping projectile to attack from a long range.

Pro recall:
Health recall: recall your better health from a time when you were not injured to heal all attacks. Win recall: recall your ability to win if you have won before. Before recall: recall your state when you were not affected by other peoples powers such as recall when you were not being crushed by gravity manipulation. Look recall: recall any look you have had before to look innocent or different. Power recall: recall powers that have been negated or decreased in strength. Time recall: recall any time you have expirienced or been in for time travel. Space recall: recall your position or place you have been in before and recall any amount of space you took up before without a size change. Talent recall: recall any talent or proficency you have had before such as recalling a child's open mindedness or a twenty year old's strength. Person recall: recall any person you have had before. Object recall: recall any objects that you have had before. State recall: recall any state you have been in such as ethereal or your status as a person, you could even recall youth or if you could set up a loop, your life.

Chronopathy...don't just perceive the passage of time
Perceive Time: the current time Perceive Event: when an event is set to take place or when it did take place Perceive Duration: perceive how long something is going to take, or how long it took Perceive Age: how old people and things are Perceive Time Disruption: when time is altered or disturbed, like when people time travel here, or time travel from here to somewhere else

Digital Mind: your mind is very computer like, but that's not all
Superhuman Computation/Calculation/Analysis: can calculate mathematics, compute factors of physics and probability and can analyze data to determine vast amounts of data, often in short amounts of time Superhuman Memory: can remember lots of information; perhaps implies TOTAL Recall Electronic Sense Projection: share the senses of technology meant to detect things; GPS tracking devices, sonar, radar Electronic Communication- can communicate with electronic technology in the same way an animal communicator can communicate with and understand animals; can also understand barcode and computer codes (including binary code) Electronic Mind Protection- resist Telepathy, Possession, Mind Control, etc. because of the presence of a password (that sometimes the user can decide; if he can't decide it, he at least knows what it is); although if your password is ever spoken, then not only can telepaths read your mind, but so can technopaths...

Spectacular, thank you for contributing. By the way nice job of coming up with techniques for lesser known powers. Keep up the good work.

I posted some replies for a color manipulation ability a while ago.
Turn your oponents pupills white affectively blinding them make yourself invisible by changing your color to match your surroundings like a chameleon give your opponent a siezure by rapidly changing the colors of your surroundings. Since color manipulation technically involves light manipulation you could create a single point of super black wich absorbs all radiation being sent at it affectively heating it up to an impossible temperature, or make something super white which would make it repel all energy basically making it go sub zero.

Lateral Locomotion lets you move anything along a wall-This uses spatial manipulation to redirect the projections of space along a wall
This can be used for more things that it implies 1. If that means any wall then the floor should be considered a wall too so that means you can make things one the ground move-So in effect you can move yourself like a chesspiece to places so you don't need to walk. The same as with other people as long as they are touching the ground-it will be sorta like a conveyor belt 2. You can make a hole in something and move the hole across the surface-so in effect you can move a hole into hard substances like a metal door if it is along the same wall 3. Obviously you can uses this as an elevators by hanging on a ledgy and causing the ledge to go down the wall 4. If every surface is considered a wall then you can move knives that are embedded in people across the surface forcing it to cut the object by default-if it moves along a person's body it will cut it right? 5. Moving a door is a good way to escape making the door move along the wall to the other wall so you get another door to the other side while people can't use the same door you used. |

I want to know if you guys know any power's that are a bit off, and exist only for the point of being anti powers
Like the ability to die....whenever you want....and not come back...ever... Or the ability to create a field across a planet that makes everyone unable to use super powers, and forget that they ever existed...including yourself. Or the power to kill an immortal...only immortals...nothing you could ever do could kill a mortal. It would be kind of interesting to hear a few of them.
