No. No it can't.

Nowhere in the laws of Cartoon Physics does it dictate you create things out of nothing. The phenomenon creating the ILLUSION of creating or summoning things out of nowhere is ACTUALLY the use of a hammerspace.

I.E. Something that ALREADY EXISTS...like, as in, something PHYSICALLY MADE. Like, perhaps, by a SUPERHUMAN possessing such capabilities???

My power is to regenerate and get enhanced in the injured part. My enhancments are temporary except for one that doubles my body in strength, durability, etc. I was just asking if the permanent one could triple or quintuple me because I dident think you could make armor out of a rock among other things.
