....all the pictures of Lugia as a human I can find on the internet either look gay or are women so hold on a bit, I'll get you a mirror when I'm done with the syrum, who knows by the time I'm done perfecting this thing it should allow you to shift between fully anthropomorphic and human.....but to complete it I need to borrow Greenday's pokemon game for a bit.

Okay then, just check to make sure that everythings in the right place and that you can still use your powers. Until I find Greenday I can't make the serum, I need actual Lugia DNA to complete it, otherwise it'll just hurt like heck and you'll end up looking like a monster.
