"I dump the body onto the operating table and strap it i place. I take out a syringe and start making a counter serum with the Lugia and human DNA. I put it in the syringe along with a Nueral knockout, a mass reducer, and an immune system duller. Then inject it and cross my fingers.

The syringe is only for battle or when the subject is too brittle to use the transformation skills on, if you want to look like a fox all I have to do is touch you, but ask later, I'm going through a bit of an evil/mischevious streak and you might end up my unwilling slave on a whim.
