As for the ava, the pic itself is fine, but it doesn't fit into the avatar bar.

No of course not....its not a square. But that's because the photo you wanted me to use was not square.

And another for me. This works better if you intentional pose knowing that a minimal color scheme will be used. Also, a high quality image makes the outlining easier.

Okay, so this is for the Boquabian page infobox image.

The huge Black dude should have orange skin, like the color of Ichigo's hair, and his hair should be blue.

The lady in the purple dress should have red skin; her hair can stay white.

The guy with the purple hair can have lighter purple skin; his hair can stay dark purple.

The Black girl with the dreads can have navy blue skin; the base of her hair (the brown part) can be red.

The bald guy can have 'soft yellow' skin; his beard can be a 'burnt orange' color.

(Sorry if the colors seem so particular...I kinda want to make sure that the Boquabians are as unique as possible. Don't need color repetition in one pic, if you don't mind...)

BTW, this would be easier if you could find higher resolution images. The smaller the pic and the less resolution it has, the harder it is to do precise recolorings.
