Which power do you prefer?

You could use Ability Imbuing to do that too.
What's your opinion?

Another benefit is you can give any object any power, not just one that suits it. For example, if you had GC, a foe could guess what type of power it has (i.e. a shovel granting tunneling), but with AI, you could make unpredictable (i.e. make a shovel grant flight).

I still prefer Ability Imbuing.

Time for two pairs of powers:
Which pair of powers would you prefer:
1) Ability Imbuing + Power Backup.
vs
2) Power Backup Ability + Power Filter.

1) This is a good combo because:
-You can create a superpowered defense for your CD's.
-If someone steals/nullifies your power, you can restore it from a backup. If someone temporarily blocks it, you still have all the powers you put in the objects, thus making such an action useless.

2) This is a good combo because:
-If you timed it right, you could get a backup of an acquired power, thus keeping it permanently.
-If your powers are blocked, you still have the powers inside the objects to depend on. If stolen/nullified, a backup will awaken.

I think I'd prefer the first one, but that's just my opinion. What does everyone else think?

This is a more balanced version of a previous question I posted elsewhere (cannot find it):

Omnipotent Power Mimicry* + Teleportation vs Intuitive Aptitude* + Telekinesis*

I'd go for the first option; they are actually what I would choose if I could have two powers.

Well, it depends.

1. Is this a blind test (does each contestant know what the other's powers are)?

2. Has the guy with Intuitive Aptitude 'been around' (a la Sylar)?

3. Does the person with Omnipotent Power Mimicry have a vast knowledge of superhuman powers, and their various unique uses? Or are they just familiar with the basics (Superstrength, Flight, Telepathy, etc)?

4. Does the person with Intuitive Aptitude naturally have Telekinesis as well, or is it one of the powers he gained with Intuitive Aptitude?

 I agree. I just bring other circumstances because I know that there are certain conditions under which the OPM person could lose.

Thought it would go like that, although the previous version (Omnipotent Power Mimicry* vs Telekinesis* + Intuitive Aptitude*) had it as the downside. Seems Teleportation made a difference.

Although, for the record, Sylar did learn to copy the powers of others harmlessly.

Anyway, I have another question:
Super Speed vs Super Strength

1) Both will increase in power as they are used.
2) Both increase your stamina proportionally.
3) You control both perfectly; you do not crush loved ones by accident with superhuman strength, nor do you experience time more slowly when you do not want to with superhuman speed.
4) Superhuman Strength increases your durability in proportion to your strength.
5) Superhuman Speed protects you from g-force, flying objects and objects in your path. Your metabolism does not change; you must eat the same amount as you would normally need to when travelling the distance. You age at the same rate as normal.

I think I would pick Superhuman Speed since I am a student without a driver's license with a fairly long commute. However, being a thinly built person with additional metabolic requirements may be hard, though I am happy to attempt to compensate for this; it is an excuse to eat.

Apparently he learned to understand a person emotionally; when he knew what is was like in their shoes.

If he had full-blown Empathic Mimicry*, he'd have the powers of Hiro, Matt, Peter, Jeremy, Samuel, Doyle, Meredith, Tracy,  and any others he had encountered, on-screen or otherwise. This would be disastrous.
