Hey I'm trying to find a specific comic but I'm not having any luck.

It's a pokemon sprite comic with kind of mature humor.

I think it was based on the emerald generation, the rival character is a complete idiot who somehow caught a gyarodos after gettting eaten  by it and having his raltz explode it.

There's a sarcastic lucario that used to be a riolu with a bad attitude and godly power.

some guy caught a guilmon in hell.

the last thing I remember reading about it was that a cyborg guy with a lazor eye killed the leader of some organization.

Hey, does anybody know about or remember that one Batman supervillain whose powers were gained by using cocaine?

His name was Snowflame.

And apparently, somebody liked him so much, they decided to make a webcomic of him. Anybody else here know about this?
